As a teenager, after Mimi Smith Philemon discovered her purpose as a woman, she decided to redefine womanhood by becoming all she can be, building positive relationships and pursuing success in every  area of her life. Her calling is to assist the needy, helpless, and hurting, this led her to establish a not-for-profit organization targeted toward battered and abused women and children. She believes the process of self-discovery is the first step to developing yourself into a
powerhouse to fulfill your calling and deploy to your world all that God has placed in you.

In addition to having an extensive career in corporate America, and an entrepreneur, she is also a philanthropist, writer, and speaker. Blessed with the ability to inspire, Mimi has been motivating and empowering men and women worldwide. She is married to her doting husband, Dr. David Philemon and blessed with children.

She wears many hats because she believes in being productive, resourceful, and a blessing to her world. She has extensive experience as a career woman, founder of a not for profit, and premarital and marriage advisor/coach.
